The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Tableau, SQL/T-SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to present analytical findings to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify business insights, trends, and opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex T-SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations featuring analytical findings and actionable recommendations.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and support strategic decision-making.
• Present insights and reporting outcomes during monthly and quarterly business review meetings.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into effective reporting and analytics solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• 3+ years of hands-on Tableau experience as specified by the job poster.
• Strong expertise in Tableau dashboard development and data visualization.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL/T-SQL and database management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights clearly to business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
