Role Overview
Siemens Energy is recruiting a Data Analyst Intern for a 6-month full-time internship attached to the Corporate Real Estate team in Maharashtra, India.
Working directly under the leadership of the Head of Real Estate for Asia-Pacific and India, you will work at the intersection of business intelligence, corporate real estate, facility operations, and strategic executive communication. In this high-visibility student role, you will convert complex regional workplace data into clear Power BI dashboards, manage database integrity across multi-country repositories, track project milestones, and draft executive presentation decks for senior Asia-Pacific leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Business Insights

Data Research & Validation: Research regional real estate trends and maintain strict data quality across internal databases, file repositories, and facility management systems.

Dashboarding & Power BI: Compile, format, and generate standard operational reports and interactive Power BI visual dashboards for Asia-Pacific leadership.

Data Cleaning & Management: Organize complex regional space utilization, lease, and operational cost metrics into structured reporting formats.
Strategic Communication & Project Coordination

Executive Storytelling: Format and prepare high-impact PowerPoint presentation decks for executive reviews following Siemens Energy corporate branding guidelines.

Regional Project Tracking: Support project managers by tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables across Asia-Pacific real estate initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with remote, cross-border teams across Asia-Pacific and India, including internal clients in Finance, HR, and Operations.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Educational Background

Student Status: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (final-year or pre-final-year students).

Preferred Majors: Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, or related quantitative disciplines.

Prior Experience: No prior professional work experience is required (student support position).
Technical & Soft Skill Requirements

Microsoft 365 Suite: Working proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Analytics Tools (Bonus): Exposure to Power BI, SQL, AI tools, or data visualization platforms is a strong plus.

Communication & Storytelling: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with an aptitude for structuring presentation decks.

Availability: Must be available for full-time commitment over a 6-month duration.
