Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Data Cleaning & Wrangling: Process, clean, and structure raw multi-source FMCG datasets using Python (Pandas) and SQL.
• Dashboard Design & Visualization: Build interactive KPI dashboards in Power BI and Excel to track sales velocity, inventory turn rates, and regional distribution metrics.
• Business Intelligence & Reporting: Conduct descriptive statistical analyses to answer live operational questions and synthesize findings into concise presentations for stakeholders.
• Agile Team Integration: Participate in daily team stand-ups, sprint planning, and weekly project reviews to refine deliverables based on mentor feedback.
• Process Documentation: Maintain thorough technical documentation for data cleaning scripts, database schemas, and dashboard maintenance protocols.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Educational Background

• Target Degrees: Candidates currently pursuing or completed B.E. / B.Tech, B.Sc / M.Sc (Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science), BCA / MCA, B.Com, or BBA / MBA.
• Graduating Batches: 2026 and 2027 (Final-year students and recent graduates).
• Academic Threshold: 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above preferred (consistent performance is valued, but strong technical projects/portfolios are weighed alongside marks).

Technical & Soft Skill Requirements

• Technical Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of or strong willingness to learn SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Python (Pandas).
• Analytical Mindset: Curiosity, structured thinking, and comfort with quantitative data manipulation.
• Communication: Clear written and spoken English skills to present analysis and document workflows clearly.
• Work Style: High ownership, willingness to accept constructive review, and comfort operating in an on-site corporate environment.
• Location & Joining: Based in or willing to relocate to Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh for the 4-month duration (immediate / rolling onboarding with flexible dates around end-semester exams).
