Role Overview

Cisco is hiring a Business Analyst Intern for its team in Gurugram, Haryana.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Elicitation & Documentation: Gather, structure, and document functional business requirements for internal tech and business teams.

• Business Data Analysis: Analyze operational and performance datasets using Advanced Excel and SQL to identify trends and process efficiencies.

• Reporting & Visual Presentations: Prepare executive decks, dashboards, and visual summaries to communicate data findings to stakeholders.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between technical engineering teams and non-technical business units to streamline project deliverables.

• Feedback Implementation: Work within agile frameworks, document workflows, and actively refine analysis based on regular mentor reviews.

Academic Target

• Target Audience: Final-year university students or recent graduates based in or willing to work from Gurugram, Haryana.

• Experience: No prior formal work experience required (0 years). Demonstrable college projects, side projects, or coursework are strongly valued.

Essential Skills
