Role Overview

Dexter’s Tech is offering a 3-month remote Data Analyst Internship under its structured Career Launch Internship Program.
This opportunity is designed specifically for college students and recent graduates in quantitative fields who want hands-on, project-based experience in data analytics, data hygiene, visualization, and business intelligence reporting. Interns will work under guided mentorship to clean raw datasets, extract performance metrics, build visual dashboards, and present data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Cleaning & Analysis: Collect, clean, transform, and analyze raw datasets to identify business trends, operational anomalies, and key performance metrics.
  • Dashboarding & Visualization: Design clear, readable reports, data visualizations, and performance dashboards for project evaluation.
  • Business Insights & Presentations: Assist in building data presentations and summarizing technical analytics for business decision-making.
  • Guided Project Collaboration: Work on structured real-world data analysis tasks alongside industry mentors.

Eligibility & Skill Requirements

  • Target Audience: College students currently pursuing or recent graduates in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Technical Familiarity:
    • Basic understanding of data analysis and data visualization concepts.
    • Familiarity with MS Excel, SQL, or Python is preferred.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical mind, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and good communication skills.
