Key Responsibilities

• Single Source of Truth Modeling: Design and maintain analytical models uniting datasets across procurement, factory manufacturing, and omni-channel sales (300+ stores & digital channels).

• Predictive Demand & Stock Strategy: Own demand forecasting algorithms to balance stock levels across retail outlets and ensure production plans match seasonal and regional customer demand.

• Supply Chain KPI Management: Build interactive dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) monitoring critical operational metrics like On-Time In-Full (OTIF), inventory turnover ratio, and fulfillment costs.

• Process Automation & AI/ML Deployment: Identify supply chain bottlenecks and deploy analytical tools or automation scripts (Python, VBA) to lower operational costs and improve throughput.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the analytical liaison connecting Production, Merchandising, Technology, and Finance leadership.

2. Advanced SQL & Dashboard Design: Be prepared for live coding tests covering complex SQL queries (window functions, CTEs, joins) and data visualization case studies.

3. Retail & E-Commerce Supply Chain Optimization: Understand omni-channel inventory distribution challenges, particularly high-value retail asset management like diamond and gold jewellery.
