Key Responsibilities

• SDLC Delivery & Product Roadmap Execution: Lead full-lifecycle development (planning, design, engineering, testing, deployment) for mobile and web applications within scope, time, and budget constraints.

• Executive Stakeholder Alignment: Function as the central on-site liaison between technology teams, business operations, and executive leaders. Facilitate briefings, status tracking, and strategic decision-making sessions.

• Governance & Compliance Oversight: Enforce standardized project management frameworks, conduct compliance checkpoints, establish accountability structures, and manage financial budgeting/forecasting.

• Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively track dependencies, monitor project health using KPIs and analytical dashboards, and deploy contingency plans to address delivery roadblocks.

• Business Growth & Process Improvement: Identify operational efficiencies, support pre-sales/business development proposals, and leverage data insights to drive product growth and adoption.

Professional & Technical Qualifications

Baseline Eligibility

• Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

• Experience Range: 8+ years of total professional experience, with at least 5+ years directly leading complex, cross-functional, and compliance-driven initiatives.
