The Role: Data Analyst (Crypto & Fintech)

In this role, you will be the analytical engine translating on-chain and off-chain data into strategic execution. You will build the analytical tracking layers that optimize risk management, customer retention, and product architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Intelligence: Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets related to cryptocurrency transactions, cross-border payment velocities, and client behavior patterns.

• BI Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain high-performance interactive dashboards and automated reporting systems to monitor operational KPIs and support real-time executive decision-making.

• Deep-Dive Telemetry: Conduct granular behavioral and market analyses to identify trends, hidden correlations, and growth opportunities that refine product development and user experience.

• Data Pipeline Optimization: Validate novel data sources and participate in implementing efficient data engineering pipelines to ensure maximum data accuracy and performance across analytics platforms.

• Market & Compliance Monitoring: Keep a pulse on competitive industry shifts, crypto market behaviors, and evolving international fintech financial regulations to provide preemptive competitive insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for an analytical professional who combines a deep understanding of financial tech with a strong curiosity for blockchain mechanics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a fintech, cryptocurrency, or global financial services ecosystem.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

• SQL Mastery: Expert proficiency in writing optimized SQL queries to manipulate and extract insights from high-velocity relational databases.

• Data Visualization: Hands-on experience developing enterprise dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent frameworks.

• Advanced Analytics Stack: Foundational practical knowledge of Python or R for statistical data processing and predictive scripting.

• Core Competencies: Stellar technical communication skills—the ability to take complex cryptographic or transactional anomalies and clearly socialize them to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

• Direct experience analyzing blockchain data sources (on-chain metrics, public ledgers, gas optimization, smart contract interaction logs).

• Strong foundational knowledge of global financial regulations, AML/KYC structures, and compliance requirements within fintech.

• Familiarity with financial modeling, volume forecasting, and predictive analytics.
