💼 About the Role – Data Analyst

Pice is looking for a highly analytical and business-focused Data Analyst who believes in “first principles” thinking and enjoys solving real-world business problems using data.

This role goes beyond traditional reporting. The selected candidate will work closely with product, credit policy, and growth teams to identify funnel gaps, improve decision-making, and build scalable analytical systems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities – Data Analyst

📊 SQL & Data Modeling

  • Write optimized SQL queries for reporting and analytics.
  • Build reusable views and self-serve analytics systems.
  • Ensure efficient and scalable data structures.

🐍 Python Automation

  • Develop Python scripts for automation and data transformation.
  • Support data pipelines and analytical workflows.
  • Improve operational efficiency through scripting.

📈 Dashboard Ownership

  • Build and maintain dashboards end-to-end.
  • Ensure dashboards are accurate, user-friendly, and actionable.
  • Improve reporting visibility across teams.

🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Define business metrics and reporting standards.
  • Align teams on consistent data definitions.

📉 Product & Funnel Analytics

  • Analyze user behaviour and feature adoption.
  • Track funnel performance and conversion trends.
  • Generate insights for product roadmap decisions.

🧠 Predictive Analytics

  • Build predictive models for:
    • User activation likelihood
    • Churn prediction
    • User segmentation
  • Translate analytical outputs into business recommendations.

🗂️ Data Consolidation

  • Combine fragmented datasets into a single source of truth.
  • Improve data quality and reliability.
