As a Staff-level engineer, you won’t just write code; you will be the architectural anchor for enterprise-grade AI systems that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with real-world logistics data.

This role sits at the cutting edge of “Agentic Workflows”—moving AI from a chatbot to an autonomous problem-solver.

  • Agentic Orchestration: Design and ship end-to-end solutions using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases. You will use frameworks like LangGraph or OpenAI Agent SDK to create AI agents that can navigate supply chain volatility.

  • Architectural Leadership: Drive the design of scalable, resilient, and modular AI systems. You are responsible for ensuring that complex ML models are maintainable and production-ready.

  • AI-Augmented Development: Kinaxis expects you to be a power user of autonomous coding tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code to accelerate feature delivery.

  • Mentorship & Influence: Oversee junior developers and act as a technical advisor to management. You will bridge the gap between high-level product requirements and technical execution.
