🚀 Key Responsibilities – Data Analyst
Salesforce CRM & Analytics Development
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce CRM and Sales Cloud
- Build and maintain Salesforce Analytics (CRM Analytics/Tableau CRM) dashboards and lenses
- Develop advanced SAQL queries and dynamic dashboard bindings
Data Analysis & Business Solutions
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
- Support advanced analytics and reporting initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across analytics platforms
ETL & Database Management
- Design and manage ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems including SQL Server
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and stored procedures
Collaboration & Optimization
- Collaborate with business teams, analysts, and technical stakeholders
- Troubleshoot analytics-related issues and improve system performance

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications – Data Analyst
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Sales Cloud
- Strong experience with Salesforce Analytics (CRM Analytics/Tableau CRM)
- Expertise in Salesforce Analytics Query Language (SAQL)
- Experience building interactive dashboards and reports
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data pipelines
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and complex SQL queries
- Good understanding of data modeling and analytics best practices
- Experience handling large datasets and performance optimization
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
