Job Overview

We are actively looking for an experienced and highly analytical Senior Data Analyst / BI Analyst to join our growing analytics and business intelligence team. Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Development & Reporting

• Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI
• Create interactive visualizations that provide business users with clear and actionable insights
• Implement data visualization best practices to improve reporting usability and business decision-making
• Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting workflows

Data Analysis & Business Insights

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, business opportunities, anomalies, and performance indicators
• Translate business requirements into technical analytical solutions
• Provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives

SQL Development & Optimization

• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data extraction and reporting
• Optimize SQL performance for large datasets and enterprise reporting systems
• Troubleshoot slow-running queries and improve database efficiency
• Work with structured and relational databases across multiple business applications

Data Modeling & Warehousing

• Develop and maintain scalable data models using star schema and snowflake schema methodologies
• Support enterprise data warehousing initiatives and reporting architecture
• Collaborate with engineering and ETL teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy
• Implement efficient data transformation logic using Power Query and DAX

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work directly with business users, managers, and technical teams to gather reporting requirements
• Present analytical findings in a clear and business-friendly manner
• Support decision-making by delivering timely and accurate insights
• Ensure alignment between business goals and reporting solutions

Data Quality & Governance

• Perform data validation and quality assessments
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and reporting issues
• Support data governance initiatives and reporting standards
• Ensure data integrity across reporting and analytics platforms
