TCS is looking for seasoned ServiceNow professionals specializing in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to join their global digital transformation unit. This is a high-level technical role (4–19 years of experience) focused on modernizing the employee experience through automated workflows, case management, and lifecycle events.

As a ServiceNow HRSD consultant at TCS, you will be responsible for transforming manual HR processes into “zero-touch” digital experiences, working at the intersection of Human Resources and Enterprise Service Management.


🟢 Role Overview & Impact

This role requires a deep technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform, specifically tailored to HR modules. You will lead the design and implementation of features that directly impact how employees interact with their organisation.

  • HRSD Customisation: Build and enhance HR catalogue items, inbound email actions, and personalised notifications.

  • Workspace Innovation: Configure and optimise the HR Agent Workspace to improve HR representative productivity.

  • Workflow Engineering: Design complex logic using Flow Designer and traditional workflows to manage employee lifecycles (Onboarding, Transfers, Offboarding).

  • Strategic Analysis: Evaluate business requirements to provide technical roadmaps and effort estimations (Sizing/LOE).

  • Platform Governance: Support major ServiceNow version upgrades (e.g., Vancouver, Washington DC) under the guidance of lead architects.

  • Agile Execution: Work within a Scrum framework to deliver code through the full lifecycle—from smoke testing to global production deployment.
