E-commerce Data Analyst | Growth & Strategy

This role is a core analytical position focused on the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Marketplace ecosystem. Unlike general data roles, this position requires a deep understanding of the “Customer Journey”β€”from the first click on an ad to the final delivery and subsequent retention.

You will be the bridge between raw data and revenue growth, providing the insights that allow marketing and product teams to optimize budgets and user experiences in real-time.

🟒 Role Overview & Impact

As an E-commerce Data Analyst, you are the navigator for the business. You will be responsible for defining what “success” looks like across the entire funnel.

  • Customer Intelligence: Perform cohort analysis and customer segmentation to identify high-value users and predict churn.

  • Funnel Optimisation: Analyse traffic and conversion rates to identify where users are dropping off in the website or app experience.

  • KPI Ownership: Build and maintain dashboards for North Star metrics: AOV (Average Order Value), CLTV(Customer Lifetime Value), and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).

  • Marketing ROI: Measure the effectiveness of pricing, discounts, and ad campaigns to ensure every marketing dollar drives maximum revenue.

  • Experimentation: Support A/B testing initiatives to scientifically prove which product features or marketing creatives perform best.
