This is a role for a seasoned strategist with a decade of experience who can navigate complex, unstructured business questions and deliver “C-suite” level solutions for massive public infrastructure and digital citizen service projects.

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead critical workstreams in strategy design, target operating models, and digital transformation. You are the bridge between data-driven insights and national-scale policy or investment decisions.

• Sector Focus: You will specialize in Public Service sub-industries, including Social Services (Education, Pensions, Child Welfare), Smart Cities (Urban Planning), and Critical Infrastructure.

• Strategic Storyboarding: Leveraging strong analytical skills to filter complex data into compelling “C-level” narratives and presentations.

• MENA Market Integration: You will work closely with stakeholders in the Middle East to develop proposals, investment strategies, and feasibility studies for government entities.

• Onshore Delivery: This role involves potential travel to deliver projects directly on-site, working in a globally connected team environment.

• End-to-End Execution: From planning and scoping to data collection and disseminating research results, you own the delivery of the strategic roadmap.
