In this role, you will leverage data analytics, predictive modeling, and HR insights to improve talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning.

📊 HR Analytics & Insights
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends in hiring, retention, and engagement
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) for HR insights
- Generate actionable recommendations for business leaders
🤖 Predictive Modeling
- Build models for attrition prediction, talent sourcing, and compensation analysis
- Use data science techniques to solve HR challenges
- Support workforce planning and performance management
📈 Reporting & Dashboards
- Create dashboards and reports for HR teams and stakeholders

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance (GDPR, etc.)
- Work with HR data governance teams on standard metrics
- Maintain data consistency across systems

- Work with HRBPs, talent acquisition, and development teams
- Translate complex data into simple business insights
- Support cross-functional projects and analytics initiatives

- Strong experience in HR analytics and reporting

- Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (plus)
