About the Role: Data Analyst

As TLD expands its IT Department at the Bangalore plant, we are seeking a diligent Data Analyst to report to the Solution and Product Owner. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex industrial operations and data-driven solutions. You will be responsible for supporting business needs from production to finance, ensuring high-efficiency processes through thorough data analysis.

Core Responsibilities

• Business Insight Analysis: Understand day-to-day operational and financial issues to identify data-backed solutions.

• Data Visualization: Develop clear, straightforward visualizations to convey complicated datasets to stakeholders.

• Support Excellence: Provide efficient after-sales support and execute high-quality data processes to improve customer satisfaction.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Compile and analyze data across various business units to streamline Bangalore plant operations.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst.

• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in SQL and PowerBI.

  • Experience with Grafana for real-time monitoring.

  • Hands-on experience as an ERP User (Knowledge of Infor LN is a major plus).

• Communication: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to meet strict deadlines.

• Mindset: Autonomous, curious, and problem-solving oriented.
