🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔍 Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyse user funnels, conversion rates, TAT (turnaround time), and performance metrics
  • Identify trends and deliver actionable insights to improve business outcomes
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for data discrepancies and operational issues

🧠 Advanced SQL & Data Handling

  • Write complex SQL queries using Amazon Athena and Amazon Redshift
  • Work with joins, CTEs, window functions, and funnel analysis
  • Debug and validate data across multiple systems

📊 Dashboarding & KPI Tracking

  • Build and maintain dashboards using Amazon QuickSight
  • Define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support Product, Sales, and Operations teams with data insights

⚙️ Tools & Technologies

  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, validations)
  • Basic Python for data cleaning and validation
  • AWS services such as S3 and CloudWatch

📣 Stakeholder Communication

  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-backed decisions

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in data analytics (fintech/startup preferred)
  • Strong SQL skills (mandatory requirement)
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivots, formulas, validations)
  • Experience with BI tools like QuickSight or Power BI
  • Basic Python knowledge for data processing
  • Hands-on experience with the AWS ecosystem
