💼 Job Description

Mphasis is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in ALIP (Accenture Life Insurance Platform) or FAST (Flexible Architecture, Simplified Technology). In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless translation of business needs into functional solutions.

You will be involved in requirement gathering, solution design, process optimization, and supporting delivery across insurance technology projects. This is a critical role contributing to digital transformation initiatives within the insurance sector.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications and workflows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs
  • Design insurance solutions using ALIP or FAST platforms
  • Conduct workshops, meetings, and requirement validation sessions
  • Prepare documentation such as BRDs, use cases, and process flows
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in user training
  • Track project progress, risks, and deliverables
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
