💼 Role Overview – Business Analyst

Taggd is looking for a seasoned Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in Temenos T24 (R17+) and Temenos Payments Hub (TPH). In this role, you will act as a crucial bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring seamless delivery of banking and payments solutions.

🚀 Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst

🔍 Requirement Analysis
Lead end-to-end requirement gathering and analysis for Temenos T24 and TPH implementations.

🏗️ Architecture & Configuration
Work extensively on Arrangement Architecture and product configurations.

📄 Documentation
Prepare detailed project documents such as PLWs, BSDDs, FSDs, and Delta Logs.

🤝 Collaboration
Partner with business, operations, and tech teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.

🧪 Testing & Validation
Drive SIT and UAT phases, including test case creation, execution, and validation.

🏦 Domain Alignment
Ensure alignment with key banking domains like Retail, Corporate, Payments, Lending, and Financial Inclusion.

👥 Stakeholder Management
Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams, while supporting change management and training initiatives.

👤 Candidate Profile

✅ Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience with Temenos T24 (R17+) and TPH implementations
  • In-depth understanding of Arrangement Architecture
  • Expertise in Banking Operations (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Compliance)
  • Experience in documentation (PLWs, BSDDs, FSDs, Delta Logs)
  • Full lifecycle experience in SIT/UAT phases
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

➕ Good-to-Have Skills – Business Analyst

  • Certifications in Temenos modules
  • Experience in change management and training delivery
  • Familiarity with parameterization and integration points
