💼 About the Role – Business Analyst

Eucloid Data Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Business Analyst who can take ownership of requirement discovery, define functional solutions, and support key business strategies. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong analytical mindset and experience working with data platforms and cross-functional teams.

🚀 Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements.

2. Cross-Team Collaboration
Lead discussions with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and business teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

3. Data Platform Development
Partner with technical teams to design and enhance data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.

4. KPI Management
Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.

5. Business Development Support
Conduct market research, identify growth opportunities, and support leadership in client proposals and presentations.

6. Project Delivery
Manage requirement workflows, track project milestones, and proactively identify risks to ensure timely delivery.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills – Business Analyst

  • Education: MBA (Business Analytics, IT Management, or related field) from a reputed institute
  • Undergraduate Degree: Engineering / Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems or related field
  • Experience:
    • 6+ years total experience
    • 4+ years post-MBA in roles like Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Strategy Analyst
  • Technical Expertise:
    Experience with IT, SaaS, Data/AI, or Cloud platforms is preferred
  • Client Exposure:
    Experience working with international clients (US/Europe) or flexible working hours is an advantage
