The Role: Mastering the Android Lifecycle

As an Android Developer at Colan Infotech, you will own the full application lifecycle, from conceptualisation to deployment on the Play Store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Native Development: Design and build advanced mobile applications for the Android platform using Kotlin.

• Architectural Excellence: Implement and maintain robust, scalable apps using MVVM architecture.

• API Integration: Connect applications to back-end services via RESTful APIs and manage third-party library integrations.

• Feature Implementation: Execute high-performance social media integrations and push notification systems.

• UI/UX Standards: Adhere to Material Design principles and Android application interface guidelines to ensure a premium user experience.

• Lifecycle Management: Demonstrate a solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle within an Agile environment.

 Your Technical Success Profile

We are looking for mid-to-senior level engineers who combine technical precision with a proactive, agile mindset.

• Experience: 3 to 8 years of professional experience in Android Development.

• Core Technical Stack:

  • Language: Expert proficiency in Kotlin.

  • Architecture: Hands-on experience with MVVM.

  • Connectivity: Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON.

• UI Skills: Deep understanding of Material Design and responsive layout development.

• Tooling: Experience with Git, third-party SDKs, and Firebase for push notifications.
