We are looking for an experienced Rust Developer to help us build an internet-scale backend. This is a 100% Work From Home role where you will work on a trustless, decentralised infrastructure that empowers 5 billion social media users to monetise their time.

 The Role: Engineering Trustless Systems

As a Rust Developer at Yral, you will be at the heart of our SocialFi ecosystem, developing high-performance code that runs on the Internet Computer (ICP) blockchain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scalable Backend: Design and implement web-scale serverless backends on decentralised infrastructure.

• Wasm Integration: Work closely with the Rust compiler to optimise and compile code for WebAssembly (Wasm)targets.

• Test-Driven Development: Maintain high code quality through rigorous TDD, including unit and integration testing for publicly exposed APIs.

• CI/CD Excellence: Set up and manage automated pipelines (Canary, Staging, Production) using GitHub Actions.

• Modern Workflow: Operate in a Git-style environment where every pull request contributes to a decentralised global network.

 Your Technical Success Profile

We are looking for “dreamers” who can move quickly without breaking things—engineers who balance an entrepreneurial mindset with technical precision.

• Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in shipping production-grade applications.

• Core Technical Stack:

  • Primary Language: Expert-level proficiency in Rust.

  • Fundamentals: Strong foundation in Algorithms and Data Structures.

  • Bonus Polyglot: Familiarity with Golang, C++, Java, or Python is a plus for our full-stack environment.

• Education: B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (Tier 1 colleges highly desirable).

• Mindset: * Ability to work under pressure with high ownership and responsibility.
