GACS is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to support its marketing analytics and insights initiatives. In this role, you will analyse campaign data, identify performance trends, and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.

You will also be responsible for automating reports, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring the accuracy of data across multiple platforms. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams across India and the United States, making communication skills and time zone flexibility essential.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

📊 Data Analysis & Insights Generation

  • Analyse large marketing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers

  • Monitor key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, conversions, and campaign volume

  • Detect anomalies and provide insights to improve campaign performance

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations

  • Support marketing attribution and performance measurement frameworks

⚙️ Automation & Reporting

  • Work with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for event tracking and performance reporting

  • Automate reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and scripting tools

  • Build interactive dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI

  • Improve efficiency by reducing manual reporting processes

🤝 Collaboration & Data Quality

  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and account teams

  • Convert business requirements into data analysis tasks

  • Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality checks

  • Present insights using data visualization and storytelling techniques

🎯 Required Qualifications

🎓 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field

💼 Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence

🛠 Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (data modelling, formulas, automation)

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio

  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads

  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Apps Script or Supermetrics
