About the Role – Data Analyst
Currie & Brown, a leading construction and property consultancy, is hiring a Data Analyst in Noida to support the UK Building Surveying team. The role involves managing, validating, and analysing building condition survey data, as well as contributing to the development of centralised data platforms using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI).
This is an exciting opportunity to work with large-scale asset management programmes and gain international exposure while enhancing your data analytics skills.
Key Responsibilities – Data Analyst
Survey Data Review & Quality Assurance

Review condition survey datasets for accuracy and completeness.
-
Clean and validate data from surveys and spreadsheets.

Identify missing or inconsistent information and coordinate with UK survey teams.
Asset Data Management
-
Maintain structured asset registers and lifecycle datasets.
-
Organise asset condition, lifecycle, and cost data in centralised repositories.
-
Ensure data consistency using standardised asset taxonomies.
Data Platform Support (Desirable)
-
Assist in developing and maintaining Power Apps and Dataverse environments.
-
Support integration of survey data into centralised databases.
-
Maintain structured data environments using SharePoint or Dataverse.
Reporting & Data Insights
-
Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI.
-
Analyse lifecycle costs, maintenance backlog, and asset condition risk.

Produce structured datasets for client reporting and strategic planning.
Continuous Improvement
-
Support improvements to survey data workflows and digital tools.

Contribute to internal data standards and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements – Data Analyst
Essential
-
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or management.

Strong experience with large structured datasets.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.

Familiarity with SharePoint or structured data environments.

Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Ability to collaborate with international teams.
Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse).

Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other scripting tools.
