💼 Role Overview: Business Data Analyst

As a Business Data Analyst, you’ll be part of the Central Operations Analytics team. Your main responsibility will be to support teams like Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services by turning data into actionable insights.

🔑 Key Responsibilities – Business Data Analyst

📊 Data Management & Quality

  • Collect and manage data from multiple internal sources

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability

  • Identify and fix data quality issues

📈 Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and gaps

  • Track KPIs and performance metrics

  • Perform root-cause analysis and handle ad-hoc requests

📉 Reporting & Dashboards

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports

  • Automate manual reporting processes

  • Share regular operational insights with stakeholders

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Strategy, RevOps, and Product Ops teams

🎯 Education

  • B.Tech + MBA (from a Tier-1 institution – mandatory)

💡 Experience

  • 2.5–4 years in:

    • Operations or related roles

🛠️ Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables)

  • Experience with BI tools:

    • Looker
