This program serves as a direct gateway to the Deloitte US-India Offices, offering you the opportunity to start your professional journey as an Analyst Trainee. You will begin as an Apprentice, gaining intensive technical training and global project exposure, with a path toward a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Role Overview: Analyst Trainee
As an Analyst Trainee, you will be a core part of the Technology team, delivering advisory and implementation services to Deloitte’s marquee global clients. This is not just a job; it’s a structured learning journey under the mentorship of industry experts.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Development: Build proficiency in assigned systems, domains, and technologies.

Solutioning: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support application design and development.

Full-Cycle Support: Assist in building, testing, validating, and maintaining enterprise-level applications and documentation.

Quality & Testing: Develop test scripts, execute test cases, and ensure all solutions meet Deloitte’s high-quality standards.

Analytics & Modelling: Work on statistical or financial risk models, applying quantitative analysis to evaluate performance.

Global Collaboration: Interact with global clients and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
Eligibility Criteria – Class of 2026
Deloitte is looking for high-potential students with a strong analytical mindset and a willingness to learn.

Eligible Degrees (Graduating in 2026):

B.E. / B.Tech: Computer Science, IT, Allied CS streams, and all Circuital branches.

M.E. / M.Tech / Integrated M.Tech: Computer Science and IT-related streams.

MCA: Master of Computer Applications.

Academic Standards: Minimum 60% aggregate (or equivalent CGPA) with no active backlogs.

Fresh Perspective: Candidates must not have applied to any Deloitte US-India Office role in the last 6 months.

Compensation: INR 4 Lakh per annum + variable benefits.
