This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple HR responsibilities and support the organisation’s people operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

As a Human Resource Executive, you will manage a variety of HR tasks and ensure smooth HR operations across the organisation.

Recruitment and Hiring

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

  • Work with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.

Employee Onboarding and Exit

  • Manage employee onboarding processes, including documentation and induction sessions.

  • Handle exit formalities and maintain proper records for departing employees.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee data, HR documents, and internal records accurately.

  • Support payroll coordination, attendance management, and leave tracking.

Employee Engagement

  • Organise initiatives that improve employee engagement and workplace culture.

  • Assist in conducting employee feedback sessions and engagement programs.

Performance Management

  • Support the performance review process and assist with appraisal documentation.

  • Maintain performance-related records and assist HR leadership during review cycles.

Compliance and HR Policies

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance requirements.

  • Assist with updating HR policies as per organisational needs.

HR Reports and Analytics

  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS data for management review.

  • Monitor HR metrics to support better decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates applying for this HR Executive role should have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR generalist roles

  • Good understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and HR policies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
