Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst

Stakeholder Management

The Business Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document requirements. This includes conducting workshops and interviews to gather detailed project requirements.

Requirement Documentation

Translate business needs into structured documentation such as:

  • Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

  • Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)

  • User stories

  • Process flows and workflows

  • Use cases and acceptance criteria

Project Coordination

Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Development teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

Business Analysis

Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for change requests and enhancements to ensure smooth implementation.

Testing & Delivery Support

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution and validate deliverables against documented requirements.

Lifecycle Management

Maintain requirement traceability and proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints during the development lifecycle.


Required Skills & Competencies – Business Analyst

Methodologies

  • Strong experience in Agile / Scrum

  • Knowledge of Waterfall project environments

Tools

Hands-on experience with tools such as:

  • JIRA

  • Confluence

  • Azure DevOps

Technical Skills

Ability to create:

  • Process maps

  • Workflow diagrams

  • Data flow diagrams

A solid understanding of SDLC and product lifecycle management is required.

Communication Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively manage cross-functional and global stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications – Business Analyst

Domain Experience

Experience in industries such as:

  • Healthcare

  • BFSI

  • Pharma

  • Digital platforms

  • AI enterprise applications

Certifications

Certifications like the following are a plus:

  • CBAP

  • CCBA

  • PMI-PBA

  • Agile certifications

Data Analysis Skills

Experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar reporting tools will be an advantage.
