Job Overview

BayOne Solutions is hiring a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support customer support operations and omnichannel engagement analytics. This hybrid opportunity in Bengaluru is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Salesforce CRM, JIRA, Tableau, and statistical data analysis.

The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse operational data, improve system efficiencies, and provide data-driven insights that influence strategic business decisions.


Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Interpret large and complex datasets using statistical methods.

  • Develop recurring analytical reports and performance dashboards.

  • Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in customer support and CRM data.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership teams.

CRM & Workflow Analytics

  • Analyse customer data within Salesforce.com.

  • Utilize JIRA to evaluate workflows, ticket trends, and operational metrics.

  • Perform segmentation analysis and customer behaviour reporting.

  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure high-quality reporting standards.

Business Intelligence & Visualization

  • Build and enhance Tableau dashboards for business stakeholders.

  • Translate analytical findings into clear, visual insights.

  • Support management with impact assessments and data-backed decision-making.

Process Optimization & Transformation

  • Identify opportunities for operational and system improvements.

  • Support business transformation initiatives through analytics.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize business and information needs.

  • Expand existing processes to enable new tools, training, and consulting services.

Leadership & Support

  • Provide consulting and analytical services to senior leadership.

  • Facilitate risk assessments and issue identification sessions.

  • Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance.

  • Independently troubleshoot analytical and system-related challenges.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com.

  • 2+ years of experience working with JIRA.

  • Strong knowledge of reporting tools, databases, and data manipulation techniques.

  • Experience with statistical analysis, pivot tables, segmentation, and large dataset handling.

  • Background in customer support analytics or CRM data environments.
