 About the Role: Engineering Trusted Data Pipelines

As a Senior Developer at HCLTech, your mission is to develop and deliver robust code in accordance with time, quality, and cost standards. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance existing features. Troubleshoot complex bugs and resolve ad-hoc data requests.

• ETL Excellence: Provide support for both major and minor enhancements and new developments based on technical and functional specifications.

• Technical Mentorship: Act as a guide for junior developers, providing technical oversight and ensuring best practices in Informatica development.

• Client Engagement: Interact directly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

• Operational Support: Monitor client requirements, resolve tickets, and ensure the on-time delivery of all assigned tasks.

• Documentation: Perform activities related to CMMi documentation to ensure project compliance and quality benchmarks.

 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Technical Skill: Advanced proficiency in Informatica (PowerCenter, IICS, or relevant suites).

• Experience: Proven track record in a Senior Developer or Lead role within ETL/Data Integration projects.

• Communication: Ability to present technical data and information clearly to both internal teams and clients.

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
