⭐ Job Summary

RED Global is hiring an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and cloud technologies to support a major banking transformation initiative. This hybrid contract role is based in Pune or Hyderabad, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge backend services, scalable microservices, and modern front-end applications for financial services systems.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will:

  • Design and develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

  • Build responsive user interfaces using ReactJS (Angular considered).

  • Work with cloud platforms (GCP preferred / AWS), Docker, and Kubernetes for deployment and scaling.

  • Write and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries; work with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and BigQuery.

  • Develop automation scripts using Python and Unix Shell.

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Terraform, GitHub, Ansible, and Maven.

  • Incorporate security best practices, including IAM, container scanning, and secure coding.

  • Collaborate with Agile teams, product owners, and technical leads in sprint planning and delivery.

  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural discussions.

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

  • Front-end experience with ReactJS (or Angular).

  • Experience with cloud technologies (GCP/AWS), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

  • Solid knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and working with relational databases.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Unix Shell.

  • Experience with DevOps automation platforms and CI/CD tools.

  • Knowledge of secure coding, IAM, and modern security practices.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and familiarity with software lifecycle processes.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Prior experience in banking or financial services projects is a plus.
