Job Summary: Digital Adoption Specialist (IT)

Awign is looking for a passionate Digital Adoption Specialist (IT) to join our Bangalore team. You will partner with international clients to understand enterprise systems, identify training needs, and deliver effective digital adoption solutions that improve user experience, process efficiency, and business outcomes.

This is an on-site night-shift role offering excellent benefits along with opportunities to work on enterprise-level applications and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global customers to assess training needs and digital adoption gaps.

  • Analyse client systems, workflows, and enterprise applications.

  • Develop digital adoption strategies using customer product ecosystems.

  • Create engaging content using the client’s Studio Editor to drive user engagement.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that boost adoption and performance.

  • Establish standards and guidelines to maintain delivery consistency across projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, or BCA.

  • 1–5 years of related experience in software development, solutions, or professional services.

  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and REST APIs.

  • Strong technical understanding of systems, architecture, and security fundamentals.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Immediate availability or short notice period.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Exposure to enterprise applications like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Icertis, or similar ERP/CRM/CLM systems.

  • Front-end development experience or MERN stack familiarity.

  • Comfortable interacting with North American clients and cross-cultural teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
