Job Overview

The selected freelancer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook lead generation campaigns aimed at driving high-quality property inquiries. This role requires a performance-driven marketer who understands audience targeting, funnel optimization, and ROI-focused campaign scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Facebook Ads campaigns for real estate projects.

• Create and test multiple ad creatives (images, videos, carousels, lead forms)

• Implement advanced audience targeting strategies (geo-targeting, interest-based, custom audiences)

• Optimize campaigns to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL)

• Set up and manage Facebook Pixel and conversion tracking.

• Run retargeting campaigns to improve conversion rates.

• Monitor campaign KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.

• Provide regular performance reports with optimization insights.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience running Facebook Ads for Real Estate lead generation

• Proven ability to deliver qualified buyer or investor leads

• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager

• Experience with performance marketing strategies and funnel building

• Knowledge of CRM integration and lead tracking systems

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in Bangalore (preferred but not mandatory)
