About the Role – HR Manager
The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in executing HR strategy, managing end-to-end HR operations, and driving talent development initiatives. The position focuses on aligning people practices with business goals while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.

Stakeholder Interaction

External: Recruitment agencies, government authorities, training partners, vendors, consultants, and auditors

Internal: Senior leadership, functional heads, managers, supervisors, associates, interns, and contractual staff
Key Responsibilities – HR Manager
Operational Excellence
-
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, attendance, policy implementation, and offboarding

Ensure accuracy in HR documentation, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance

Oversee administrative services such as staff amenities, transport, ID cards, lockers, and grievance handling
Learning & Development

Design and deliver HR-led training sessions such as HR induction, code of conduct, and labor law awareness
-
Measure training effectiveness through feedback and post-training assessments
People Management

Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution
-
Drive performance management, appraisals, and structured feedback processes
-
Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition, and implement retention initiatives

Promote gender diversity and equal opportunity practices
Business & Financial Management

Forecast manpower requirements and manage HR budgets

Prepare monthly HR dashboards covering headcount, recruitment, attrition, and training

Coordinate with finance and audit teams for HR audits and statutory inspections
Leadership, Culture & Compliance

Align HR strategy with business goals in collaboration with senior leadership

Lead HR digitization, engagement programs, and policy rollouts

Ensure labor law compliance, OH&S standards, and employee record security
Qualifications & Experience – HR Manager

Education: Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
-
Experience: 10+ years in HR operations and employee engagement

Preferred Industry: Hospitality, premium retail, or service-driven sectors
