Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, supporting strategic and operational decisions across multiple functions.  Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to solve specific business challenges
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with statistical analysis tools and techniques
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
• Experience in the pharmaceutical US Health Care domain is a strong plus.
