 About the Role: Bridging Technical Innovation & Human Connection

As our Communication and Content Lead, you will be the voice of our major programs. You will partner with leadership and program teams to translate complex IT work into engaging narratives using digital platforms, video, and executive-level presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Initiative Leadership: Own organization-wide communications for high-stakes enterprise initiatives.

• Executive Visual Storytelling: Design and deliver executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that use visual storytelling to drive decision-making.

• Digital Experience Management: Manage and curate our SharePoint home page and digital content ecosystems to ensure a seamless information flow.

• Multimedia Content Production: Produce professional-quality short videos, including explainers, highlights, and interviews.

• Writing & Drafting: Craft clear, structured internal communications that resonate with a diverse, global audience.

• Insight & Analysis: Deploy surveys and perform basic sentiment analysis to measure the pulse of the organization.

Qualifications & Professional Success Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is both creative and structured, capable of navigating ambiguity while maintaining a high attention to consistency.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience: 6–10 years of proven experience in Internal Communications, Content Strategy, or related roles.

• Visual Mastery: Exceptional PowerPoint skills and a deep understanding of visual storytelling principles.

• Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience managing and building SharePoint sites and home pages.

• Communication: Elite written communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.

Preferred Skills (The Bonus Points):

• Experience within Enterprise IT or operating model transformations.

• Proficiency in video editing and design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).

• Familiarity with employee feedback tools and sentiment analysis methodologies.
