Job Overview

As a Data Analyst at StockX, you will analyse customer service and operational data to generate insights that support strategic planning and operational improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, build dashboards, and develop scalable reporting solutions that help teams make informed decisions.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.

  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns.

  • Build and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports for stakeholders.

Business Insights & Support

  • Translate data findings into actionable business insights.

  • Support initiatives related to customer experience, growth, and operational efficiency

  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer business and performance-related questions.

Data Quality & Process Improvement

  • Develop scalable data pipelines and automated reporting workflows.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.

  • Improve data tracking, measurement, and reporting frameworks

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with product, engineering, finance, and operations teams

  • Present insights to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Document analytics processes, KPIs, and methodologies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Mode

  • Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud data platforms like BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks

  • Knowledge of statistical modelling, forecasting, or machine learning concepts

  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or technology-driven environments

  • Experience working with customer service or operational data
