What RegisterKaro Is Looking For – Human Resources Manager

Experience & Background

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Human Resources

  • 3–5 years of startup experience is mandatory

  • Proven track record of driving measurable results in team growth and HR process optimization

Core Skills

  • Strong expertise in recruitment, workforce planning, and performance management

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment


Additional Requirements
