Job Overview – Data Analyst

Traya Health is hiring a Data Analyst in Mumbai to strengthen its data and analytics function. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with data, collaborating with stakeholders, and generating insights that directly impact business strategy and customer experience.

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with multiple teams to analyse large datasets, build reports and dashboards, and translate data findings into actionable recommendations. This is a work-from-office role based in Malad, Mumbai, offering hands-on exposure in a fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform data extraction, cleaning, and analysis using SQL.

  • Conduct exploratory and advanced analysis using Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Seaborn.

  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.

  • Identify trends, patterns, correlations, and anomalies across datasets.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in reporting.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, operations, and business.

  • Understand stakeholder data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

  • Provide insights that support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Communication & Presentation

  • Communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely.

  • Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Prepare structured reports, presentations, and data visualizations.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

  • Apply strong analytical reasoning to solve complex business problems.

  • Recommend data-driven solutions to improve processes and performance.

  • Continuously enhance analytical workflows and reporting methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
