Are you a detail-oriented Data Analyst looking to work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive real business impact? SoTalent is hiring a skilled Data Analyst in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, to support data-driven decision-making through robust reporting, analytics, and automation.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or business reporting, especially those who have worked in EdTech, BFSI, or consumer sales environments.

About the Role

As a Data Analyst at SoTalent, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that help leadership teams improve performance, optimize conversion funnels, and enhance operational efficiency. You will work across multiple data sources, including CRM systems, LMS platforms, and marketing tools, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and have a strong understanding of sales funnels, KPIs, and forecasting models.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboard Management

  • Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for business performance tracking.

  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as leads, conversions, enrollments, deposits, campaign performance, and counsellor productivity.

  • Automate recurring reports to improve accuracy, consistency, and turnaround time

Data Analysis & Business Insights

  • Analyse large datasets from CRM, LMS, and marketing platforms to identify trends, bottlenecks, and performance gaps

  • Generate actionable insights to support sales strategy, conversion optimization, and ROI analysis.

  • Perform variance analysis between forecasts and actual results to support strategic planning.

CRM & Data Integrity

  • Ensure CRM data hygiene by monitoring funnel movement, duplicate records, and data accuracy.

  • Collaborate with IT and CRM teams to improve data capture, tagging standards, and reporting structures.

  • Reduce discrepancies and delays in reporting through process improvements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams to align data-driven objectives.

  • Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis, deep dives, and performance reviews.

Forecasting & Planning

  • Assist in building monthly and quarterly forecasting models.

  • Provide insights into lead-to-enrollment ratios, productivity metrics, and channel-wise performance.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros)

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets

  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio (preferred)

  • Working knowledge of SQL or data extraction techniques (preferred)

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

  • Understanding of B2C or EdTech sales funnels is a strong advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field

  • MBA is preferred but not mandatory

  • 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Data Analytics, or Business Reporting

  • Prior experience in EdTech, BFSI, or consumer sales-driven organisations is highly desirable.

  • Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports and dashboards

  • Adoption of data-driven insights by leadership and stakeholders

  • Measurable improvements in process automation and efficiency

  • Reduction in CRM discrepancies and reporting delays
